The double room was luxurious with comfortable beds and toiletries. Sushi and nibbles in the main bar were spicy.

The hotel is wonderful, fantastic with exceptional garden views. Stylish & unique room, an individual climate control, a Nespresso machine, and a balcony in there. Extremely accommodating and exceptionally kind venue team on shift. American breakfast with a wide array of superb meals to choose from. The pool area is great too. The friendly check-in process too.

The property is located in the Zona Hotelera district near the beach and multiple pools. the units on the 1000 level were spacious and trendy. the hotel's proximity to Xel-Ha Park allows for easy excursions.

Loved the spa, the staff is incredible, love the design, the ambience, wonderful room, great food, great bar.

There wasn´t many daytime activities beside the spa, if it was rainy there was not much to do or enjoy. There was a restaurant which wasn´t included in the All-Inclusive package.

We appreciated every detail about our great 2-night stay. the room was spotless, unique, with a great shower, fully stocked bathroom, and balcony. the remote location was a plus.

The food options for vegetarians were good. The beachfront is beautiful. Wifi internet is included and worked ok. The resort is kept pretty clean.

4 hours of powercut in the entire hotel until they fixed it. Usage of sauna /spa facilities is not included in the all-inclusive package. Wifi internet very slow in rooms.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very service oriented.

The main bar here offers a great selection of mixed drinks 🍹. the service is top-notch and you can expect a quick and easy check-in process.

We had a luxurious room with a comfortable king bed, safe, and a well-equipped bathroom, the delicious breakfast and quick check-in were impressive.

Service was excellent, staff was very attentive.

The cleaning staff ignored our room unless we called and specifically requested room cleaning service.

Rooms are below standard for price - not a "deluxe" room . Advertised as no children - but children are allowed and were there. Transfer from airport should have been included. All the contact details for the hotel - e.mail telephone etc are incorrect so could not contact hotel at all

We spent 5 days at this place and enjoyed the fantastic location near a beautiful beach, with plenty to do in the area.

The food was delicious especially the a la carte menu
